- 1 avocado
- ¼ onion
- ½ tomato
- 1 lemon
- Salt
- Pepper
- Coriander Celery sticks
Instructions
- PEEL THE AVOCADO AND SERVE INTO A BOWL
- Add the chopped onion, chopped tomato and lemon juice
- Crush the mix with a fork and ADD salt and pepper to taste
- Spread on A rice Cacke
- Finish with coriander leaves and the small celery
