INGREDIENTS

  • 1 package of Sanissimo rice cakes
  • 2 slices of feta cheese
  • ½ tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cups of fresh cherry tomatoes
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • 1. Add the slice of cheese over the rice cake
  • 2. Cut the tomtoes in pairs
  • 3. Add olive oil and top with salt
