SALMAS WITH TUNA AND GUACAMOLE

INGREDIENTS

  • One 3- PACK of Salmas Crackers
  • One avocado
  • 5 oz. of tuna
  • 2 TBSP mayonnaise, low fat
  • One lime
  • ½ tomato
  • ½ diced mango
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Chilli flakes
  • Coriander, chopped

Instructions

  • 1. To prepare the GUACAMOLE, mash the avocado and add small cubes of tomato and mango. Add lime, chili flakes, and salt.
  • 2. Drain the tuna and mix it with the mayonnaise.
  • 3. Spread two tablespoons of GUACAMOLE on the Salmas Crackers, add tuna mix, and garnish with the coriander.
