Salmas with Guacamole and Salted Mushrooms

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 package of 3 Salmas
  • 100g mushrooms
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ onion
  • 1-2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Salt & pepper

Instructions

  • 1. Clean mushrooms and slice. Finely chop onion and garlic
  • 2. Heat the olive oil and salt the mushrooms for about 5 minutes on both sides
  • 3. Add chopped onlion and garlic and salt for another 1-2 minutes. Add the low sodium soy sauce
  • 4. Mash the avocado with a fork and drizzle with lemon juice and salt
  • 5. Spread the guacamole on a Salma and place the salted mushrooms on top.
  • 6. Add a pinch of salt and sprinkle wit fresh herbs
