Salmas with Scramble Eggs & Spinach
INGREDIENTS
1 package of 3
Salmas
2 eggs
1/3 cup of feta cheese crumbles
Chopped parsley or dill to garnish
Spinach
Instructions
1. Spread a thin layer of low sodium butter, add eggs and feta cheese, stirring often for about 3-4 min, until the eggs are cooked through
2. Add spinach to the Salmas and top with the eggs
3. Sprinkle with freshley chopped dill or parsley
