Salmas Chipotle with Tuna & Rucula
INGREDIENTS
- 1 package of Salmas
- 2 ripe avocados, thinly sliced
- 10–12 oz fresh tuna, cut into cubes
- 1/3 cup fresh lime juice
- 1/3 cup no-fat mayonnaise
- 1–2 teaspoons of chipotle paste
- Salt
- Rucula and black sesame to décor
Instructions
- 1. Mix the lime, salt and marinate the tuna cubes for 5 minutes.
- 2. Remove tuna from marinade and let any excess liquid drip off
- 3. Mix the chipotle paste with no-fat mayonnaise
- 4. Spread a thin layer of chipotle on a Salma, top with the cubes of una ad a slice of avocado
- 5. Add rucula and black sesame to decor
