Salmas with Scrambled Eggs & Spinach
INGREDIENTS
- 1 pack of 3 Salmas
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup of feta cheese crumbled
- A handful of spinach
- Chopped parsley or dill to garnish
Instructions
- 1. First, scramble your eggs, stirring in the feta cheese, stirring in the pan until the egg is cooked to taste (about 3-4mins)
- 2. Arrange the spinach on the Salmas and top with the eggs
- 3. Sprinkle with freshly chopped dill or parsley
- 4. Enjoy!
