Salmas with Scrambled Eggs & Spinach


  • 1 pack of 3 Salmas
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup of feta cheese crumbled
  • A handful of spinach
  • Chopped parsley or dill to garnish


  • 1. First, scramble your eggs, stirring in the feta cheese, stirring in the pan until the egg is cooked to taste (about 3-4mins)
  • 2. Arrange the spinach on the Salmas and top with the eggs
  • 3. Sprinkle with freshly chopped dill or parsley
  • 4. Enjoy!
