Salmas with Hummus and Avocado
INGREDIENTS
1 pack of 3 Salmas
½ medium avocado
20g of ricotta cheese
2 tbsp hummus
A pinch of zaatar
Instructions
1. Spread a tablespoon of hummus on each Salmas
2. Top with avocado slices
3. Sprinkle with ricotta cheese, zaatar and chives to decorate
